​Between the end of August 2025 and Monday, 21st of January 2026, several thousand metres of copper cable were stolen from a solar park in Werther.

According to the police, the damage is estimated at several hundred thousand euros.

Between Friday, 19th December and Sunday, 21st December, approximately 50 km of copper cable was stolen from a solar park in Dallgow-Döberitz.

The police estimate the damage to be approximately 200.000EUR.

Between Monday, 8th of December, and Tuesday, 9th of December, approximately 70km of copper cable was stolen from a solar farm in Wernsbach, a district of Neuendettelsau in the Ansbach district of Middle Franconia.
The unknown perpetrators forcibly opened the chain-link fence and gained access to the site.

The police estimate the damage to be in the low six-figure range.

​During the night of Monday, 8 December, approximately 90 km of copper cable was stolen from a solar farm in Lüttow-Valluhn.

The perpetrators, who are still unknown, gained access to the site by force.

According to the police, the damage to property is in the six-figure range.

​Between Wednesday, 3rd of December, and Thursday, 4th of December, approximately 8 km of copper cable was stolen from a solar farm in Kirchardt.

The perpetrators, who are still unknown, gained access to the solar farm by force.
As if that weren't enough, another area of the solar farm was broken into on the same day and another 4 km of cable was stolen.

According to the police, the total damage amounts to approximately 65.000EUR.

During the night of Monday, 1st of December 2025, approximately 50 km of copper cable was stolen from a solar park in Hardheim-Bretzingen.
The theft reduced the solar park's output from 8 MW to 4 MW.

The police estimate the damage to be approximately 125.000EUR.

​Between Wednesday 17th of  August 2025 and Thursday 18th of August 2025, approx. 20km of copper cable was stolen from a solar farm in Höhenbergweg, Germany.

The as yet unknown perpetrators forcibly gained access to the site via the access gate.

The police estimate the property damage to be in the low six-figure euro range.

​During the night of Wednesday 13th of  August 2025 to Thursday 14th of August 2025, several thousand metres of copper cable were stolen from a solar farm in Eisenberg, Germany.

The as yet unknown perpetrators forcibly gained access to the site via the access gate.

The police estimate the damage to property at several tens of thousands of euros.

Between Saturday 9th of August 2025 and Sunday 10th of August 2025, previously unknown perpetrators stole around 10 tonnes of copper cables from the solar farm in Rahden, Germany.

The police estimate the damage to property at around 40.000EUR.

At the beginning of July 2025, previously unknown perpetrators stole 20 kilometres of copper cable from a solar farm in Walshausen, Germany.
