We connect our entire security system to a certified emergency call and service control center (EN 50518, VdS 3138) on request.


Data lines are monitored and connections to the emergency service and control center (NSL) are made via a VPN. We discuss the alarm plans with the NSL and determine the sequence of necessary procedures.

A corresponding guard service for quick interaction is available on site and is linked to the NSL.

All control centers we cooperate with, have a direct connection to our systems without any detours via a dial-up device.
