At STYX Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, an expert inspection of the security system in Hungary was carried out at the PV plant under the AVASUN brand.
For this purpose, the planned security system had to meet the high requirements of ERGO insurance and to be acceptance tested by a publicly appointed and sworn in and ERGO-approved expert.
For the verification system AVASUN decided to implement digital fence sensors and long-range P/T cameras.
This combination of system convinced the experts completely in both, the day and night test. The system could not be overcome, neither in the case of overpass attempts and lifting of the fence mesh nor even the tiniest manipulations, such as the disconnection of cable ties.
The P/T cameras delivered a pin-sharp image both during day and night, so it fulfill the purpose of verifying an event in a perfect way. Due to the arrangement of the cameras, there are no gaps in visibility over the entire fence.
Another requirement of the ERGO insurance was to secure the main distributor of the solar system. As well the expert could be convinced with a clear conscience and impressed by the high quality of the performance of the security system planned and implemented by AVASUN for the solar farms, and thus approve the acceptance.
