During the inspection of an obviously overloaded van, the police made an astonishing discovery at Hermsdorfer Kreuz. Numerous inverters, which had obviously been dismantled, were found on the loading area. The vehicle and the Polish driver were taken to the police station. Further investigations revealed that the inverters probably came from two solar farms belonging to a company in Mainburg, Bavaria. The value of the loot is estimated at 135,000 euros.
