According to police, a not inconsiderable theft of copper cables occurred at the solar farm in Oberdreis/Rhineland-Palatinate during the night of June 2 to 3. After cutting the fence, the thieves got onto the solar field and removed the cables from the solar modules. According to initial estimates, the damage amounts to approximately EUR 15,000.
